Orders and Prices

Risborough Rocks books and artworks can be requested for purchase by first sending an email telling us what you would like to info@risboroughrocks.co.uk.

Risborough Rocks accepts payment via bank transfer, Wise and Paypal.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to postage and packaging charges unless otherwise stated. These charges will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed.

All prices may be subject to change. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of your enquiry and will be confirmed in our reply to your email.

All goods are subject to availability and Risborough Rocks is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery

We will let you know a lead time for delivery after you email us with your enquiry.

Any books and artwork ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order is placed.

Risborough Rocks will endeavour to deliver orders within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website.

Once an edition is considered delivered, responsibility for the books or artworks, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If Risborough Rocks are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

Risborough Rocks is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Risborough Rocks is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Ownership and Copyright

Once one of our goods is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image to any third party including the internet for any purpose. We retain the copyright of any artwork or poem or merchandise with poem or art on it that you buy.

Payment Security

As you cannot pay for our goods by card but only by bank transfer (within the UK) or by using an international payment transfer provider such as Wise, Risborough Rocks has no access to your financial data.

Privacy

Risborough Rocks does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.

Returns

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact info@risboroughrocks.co.uk. Risborough Rocks accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
